Yes, there is a travel consultation form that we ask you to complete before your appointment. This form is emailed to you upon completing your booking.The form will help us understand your travel plans, medical history, and any specific health concerns you may have to ensure we can provide a personalized recommendation and ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable trip abroad.
It’s recommended that you get your travel vaccines at least 4-6 weeks before your departure to allow enough time for immunity to develop.
